Bubble-tight shut-off

PTFE sleeve maintains ANSI Class VI tight shut-off across the full life of the valve, eliminating fugitive emissions.

Self-adjusting sleeve

The PTFE sleeve compensates for wear automatically — no in-service adjustment required, even after years of cycling.

Full in-line service

Sleeve and plug replacement without removing the valve body from the line. Reduces turnaround time and cost.

Fire-safe to API 607

Available with secondary metal-to-metal seat backup for fire-safe certification, critical for upstream and refinery service.

Zero dead volume

Streamlined flow path with no cavities — ideal for slurries, polymers, and abrasive media that would clog conventional valves.
