Overview

Purpose-built for corrosive and ultra-pure media, these fully-lined ball, plug, butterfly, and check valves use PFA, PTFE, or FEP linings to protect wetted surfaces. Designed for zero contamination and long service life in acid, caustic, and chlorine applications.

Complete isolation of wetted surfaces from corrosive media — no metal contact with process fluid.

Ultra-smooth fluoropolymer surfaces prevent product contamination in pharmaceutical and chemical processes.

Ball, plug, butterfly, check, and diaphragm valves all available in lined configurations for full-line coverage.

Antistatic design

Conductive path from handle to body prevents static charge build-up in flammable or explosive environments.

Permeation-resistant

Advanced PFA grades resist permeation by HCl, bromine, and chlorine gas that degrade standard PTFE.

Fire-safe option

Secondary metal seat provides fire-safe shut-off per API 607 when fluoropolymer lining is compromised.
